honey

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Salt and pepper both sides of the chicken and place in a foil lined baking pan.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter on low - medium heat.
Once melted, add the garlic, honey, mustard and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture on top of the chicken and place in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.
Halfway through, remove chicken from the oven and baste with the sauce.
Start to check chicken around 25 minutes for doneness. Chicken is cooked when it reaches 165°F. Cooking time will vary based on size of chicken.
Notes
Add more red pepper flakes if you want extra heat.
Use a digital meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature of the chicken has reached 165°F.
