Instructions
Make the Whipped Cream:
In a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, add the heavy cream and sugar.
Beat on medium speed for about 1 minute or until stiff peaks form.
Set aside.
Assemble the Jars:
Add one pound cake circle to the bottom of the Mason jar.
Then add a layer of raspberries
Then add a layer of whipped cream
Then add another pound cake circle on top of the whipped cream, followed by the blueberries.
Top each jar with a dollop of whipped cream and a few of the raspberries and blueberries decoratively.
Notes
