Open the cinnamon roll packages and place the rolls on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Arrange them in two connected circles to form a wreath, letting the edges touch slightly. Use a mason jar ring or small dish in the center as a guide to help you keep the shape even if you’d like.
Bake at 350°F for 25–28 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are puffed and lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
Drizzle the icing over the warm wreath and sprinkle with red sanding sugar. Press a few Red Hots and mint leaves onto the icing to resemble holly berries and leaves.
If you’re making this for a special occasion, add a decorative bow or ribbon to the platter to give the wreath a festive, finished look.
Notes
Tips
Lightly spray the mason jar ring or oven-safe dish with nonstick spray before arranging the rolls around it so it lifts out easily.
Overlapping the rolls slightly helps the wreath bake together as one piece.
If your baking sheet is small, you may not need all of the cinnamon rolls.
Storage & Make Ahead
Store leftover pieces in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat individual slices in the microwave for 10–15 seconds until warm.
The wreath is best assembled and baked the same day to keep the texture soft and fresh.
