Instructions
Heat the waffle iron.
In a medium bowl whisk all purpose flour, bread flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
In a separate bowl mix pumpkin, milk, brown sugar and melted butter.
Combine the dry and wet ingredients together.
Spray the waffle iron with non stick cooking spray.
Add ¼ or ⅓ cup batter (depending on the size of your waffle iron.)
Cook according to the waffle iron instructions.
Serve with warmed maple syrup and enjoy!
Notes
If you want more pumpkin flavor, try replacing the cinnamon with pumpkin pie spice!
