Preheat the oven to 250°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Place the pretzels onto the pan in a single layer. Add a Rolo onto each pretzel.
Bake for 2-3 minutes, just until the chocolate softens but does not fully melt and flatten out.
Remove from the oven and immediately press an M&M onto the tops of each Rolo.
Then add the nonpareil sprinkles. Work quickly before the chocolate sets.
Allow the chocolate to set before serving. You can let it set at room temperature for about 20 minutes or refrigerate it for 10 minutes to speed up the process. Enjoy!

Room Temperature: Place the reindeer noses in an airtight container at room temperature. If you have multiple layers, place a sheet of wax paper or parchment paper between each layer to prevent sticking.Refrigerator: If it's warm in your house or you live in a warmer climate, you might want to store the container in the refrigerator.Freezer: I do not recommend freezing this snack. The pretzels will get slightly soft or stale after thawing.
