thawed and completely squeezed dry.

Instructions
Mix the eggs and the whipping cream together.
Add the spinach, crumbled bacon and cheese. Stir to combine.
Roll out the pie crust dough and press it into the bottom of a 9" pie plate.
Pour the quiche mixture into the pie plate.
Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife placed in the center of the quiche comes out clean.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Before storing, let the quiche cool completely at room temperature. This helps prevent condensation from forming, which can make the crust soggy.
Store the covered quiche or wrapped individual slices in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for 3 months.
