Tips
- Slice and prep ingredients like cheese, meats, and fruit ahead of time to make assembly quick and easy.
- Use a mix of colors, textures, and shapes to create a visually appealing turkey design.
- Place the pear body first, then layer ingredients outward to form the “feathers” evenly.
- Assemble the board up to 24 hours in advance, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
- Add crackers just before serving to keep them fresh and crisp.
- Bring the board to room temperature for about 20 minutes before serving so the cheeses soften slightly.
