Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350° F.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine together the flour, salt and baking soda. Set aside.
Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in morsels and M&M candies.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated 350° degree oven for 9 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
The dough should be chilled at least 30 minutes before baking.
Chilling the dough before baking will chill the butter in the dough so the cookies will keep their shape during baking and not spread.
