Mix the salt, baking powder, cornstarch, and flour in a separate bowl.
Slowly mix flour mixture into the batter.
Once incorporated, add your chocolate chips, 1 ½ cups marshmallow, ¾ cups crackers, and broken candy bars. Fold.
Using a cookie scoop, make 4 balls of batter. Place in air fryer basket on top of parchment paper. Leave space to expand.
Cook for 8 minutes.
Pull out the air fryer basket and top cookies with 1 or 2 marshmallows, 1 or 2 crackers bits, and broken candy bars.
Continue cooking for 3 minutes or until golden brown. You can make sure they are thoroughly cooked by sticking a toothpick in the center of a cookie. If it pulls out clean of batter, it is done!
Transfer cookies to a baking rack to cool.
Notes
Know your air fryer! I baked these cookies at 350°, but your ideal temperature might vary. Each air fryer cooks differently, so don't hesitate to adjust the heat (start lower at 325° if needed) to achieve perfect results.
