Breakfast Parfaits with Fruit, Yogurt and Granola

Vanilla yogurt topped with fruit and granola make great breakfast parfaits. Use mason jars for a portable meal-on-the-go!

These breakfast parfaits that are filled with yummy yogurt, fresh fruit & nutty granola.  They're portable too if you make them in mason jars that can easily be taken with you as you leave the house.

Ingredients

- Vanilla yogurt - Honey - Granola - Blueberries - Strawberries

Combine the Ingredients Together Add the honey to the yogurt and stir to combine. Prepare the fruit by rinsing and then slicing the strawberries. Rinse the blueberries as well.

Layer the Ingredients You can choose to use a mason jar or a pretty parfait glass. Then add the yogurt to the bottom of the parfait glass or mason jar. Next add the fruit. Finally add the granola.

Tips for Making the Breakfast Parfaits Choose your favorite flavor of yogurt and fruit.  I love to use vanilla Greek yogurt, but another favorite is coconut vanilla yogurt.  Yummy!

Make sure the fruit is washed and dried before adding it to the mason jar or parfait glass so it doesn't cause the yogurt to get watery.
