Cast Iron Pan Roasted Chicken Breasts

Using a cast iron pan is a great way to cook chicken. Start off with a hot pan on the stove to get the skin crispy, then finish the chicken in the oven so it still turns out juicy!

Finish cooking the chicken by placing the cast iron pan in a preheated 425°F oven and  cook until it reaches an  internal temperature of 165°F.
