Chicken Soup  with Macaroni

Made with tender chicken, vegetables, and herbs, each spoonful is a taste of pure comfort!

– 1 pound chicken – Olive oil – Salt and Pepper – Carrots – Celery – onion – Canned chicken stock – Water – Bay leaf – Elbow macaroni noodles – Fresh dill or parsley as garnish

Season chicken and brown on both sides. Allow to rest a few minutes before cutting into bite sized pieces.

Add carrots, celery and onion to a stock pot – stir to coat with oil. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the chicken stock,  water and a bay leaf  and bring to a boil.

Add cooked elbow macaroni and chicken or you can use your favorite noodle or rice!
