Fresh Tomatoes and Pasta Recipe

Fresh Tomatoes and Pasta - tomatoes marinated in an easy balsamic and olive oil dressing tossed on top of freshly cooked pasta.

Don't forget to add cubes of mozzarella cheese and maybe a sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan cheese right before serving.

Ingredients

- Tomatoes - Garlic cloves - Fresh Basil - Olive Oil - Balsamic Vinegar - Salt, pepper - Pasta - Mozzarella cheese - Parmesan Cheese

Prepare the Tomatoes and Marinade Combine the chopped tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for up to an hour.

Prepare the Pasta About 30 minutes before serving, bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and add the pasta to a large serving bowl.

Combine the Tomatoes with the Pasta Toss the warm pasta with the tomato mixture. Stir to combine and then add the diced mozzarella cheese. Top with the freshly grated Parmesan.
