Spinach, Cheese and Bacon Quiche

Ingredients

•  Eggs •  Heavy whipping cream •  Bacon •  Frozen chopped spinach

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and whipping cream until light and frothy. Then, gently fold in the spinach, crumbled bacon, and cheese, ensuring they're evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Step 2

Roll out the pie crust dough on a lightly floured surface until it's about 12 inches in diameter. Carefully transfer it to a 9-inch pie plate, gently pressing it into the bottom and up the sides.

Step 3

Bake the quiche in a preheated 375°F oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
