These Reindeer Oreo Truffles are so easy no-bake dessert to put together! They'll look adorable on any Christmas cookie tray you serve over the holidays. And they're a great addition to any holiday party for kids or to give as gifts to neighbors.
Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and process them until you get fine crumbs.
Combine the crushed Oreo cookies with the softened cream cheese.
Roll out the dough into 1-inch sized balls. I like to use a small cookie scoop to make sure they're all the pretty much the same size.
Melt the chocolate according to the directions on the back of the bag of chocolate chips.
Use a fork to dip the truffles into the melted chocolate.
And when you're ready to remove the truffles, gently tap the fork on the edge of the glass bowl to remove the excess melted chocolate.
Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
While the truffles are still wet, push the broken pretzel pieces into the sides at the top for the antler.
Next, adhere the candy eyes and red M&Ms by dapping a little melted chocolate on the back to use as glue.
Notes
When melting the chocolate chips, don't let any water to come in contact. It will cause the chocolate to "seize" and you won't get the right consistency. If this happens, throw it out and start over.
