Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Spread the can of beans out evenly so they coat the entire bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish.
Lay the frozen chicken taquitos on top of the refried beans.
Then pour the enchilada sauce on top.
Place the casserole dish in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Place the casserole dish back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese has fully melted.

Tips
Use frozen chicken taquitos straight from the box. There's no need to thaw before baking.
Add extra enchilada sauce if you like your casserole a little saucier.
Sprinkle a mix of cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese for more flavor and melt.
