small wedge of Brie cheese

brown sugar

slivered almonds

Grated rind from one orange; about 1 tbsp.

Instructions
Cut the brie into 15 small cubes that will fit in the middle of each phyllo cup. You will probably have leftover cheese.
Place a cube of brie into the center of each phyllo cup.
Place the phyllo cups on a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, slivered almonds and grated orange rind.
Spoon a bit of the mixture over each phyllo cup.
Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sugar mixture is bubbly.
Notes
Watch closely as the phyllo cups can burn.
