15.25 ounce size Yellow Cake Mix

cup
light brown sugar
2
tablespoons
water
1
cup
creamy peanut butter
¼
cup
vegetable oil
2
eggs
Additional ⅓ cup white sugar for rolling the cookie balls.

Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine together the cake mix, brown sugar, water, peanut butter, vegetable oil and eggs with an electric mixer.
Shape the dough into 1-inch balls.
Roll in granulated sugar and place the cookie balls on a
baking sheet
lined with
parchment paper.
Place the cookies about 2 inches apart.
Chill the cookies for 15 - 30 minutes.
Remove the trays from the refrigerator and using a fork, make the crisscross pattern.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly golden brown around the edges.
Allow the cookies to cool for a minute and then remove to a
cooling rack
to cool completely.
Notes
If you find the fork is sticking to the cookie balls, dip the forkk in a little bit of granulated sugar.
