Instructions
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter together.
Heat on medium high in the microwave for one minute. Remove from microwave and stir.
Repeat as needed until the chocolate is completely melted and blended nicely with the peanut butter.
Slice the banana.
Using a fork, dip the banana slice into the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture.
Remove and place on a baking tray that has a sheet of waxed paper or parchment paper.
Continue until all the banana slices have been dipped in chocolate and the tray is full.
Place tray in the freezer until the banana slices are firm and frozen.
