Instructions
Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment or waxed paper.
Melt chocolate candy melts or almond bark according to directions on the back of the package.
Insert a wooden skewer into the bottom of a marshmallow bunny peep.
Dip the marshmallow peep into the melted chocolate being careful to cover the entire marshmallow peep bunny with chocolate.
Lay flat on the baking sheet and remove the wooden skewer or lollipop stick.
Add the colored sprinkles to the top of the marshmallow bunny peeps.
Allow the chocolate to set completely before removing from waxed paper.
Notes
You might need to re-dip the marshmallow peeps in the melted chocolate again if you notice the bottom where the bamboo skewer was has left a hole.
