Instructions
Start at the top of the board to form the tree.
Begin with a small row of grapes that you have snipped into clusters or completely removed from their stems.
Then add a row of cheese followed by a row of winter sausage.
Add another row of cheese.
Keep working your way down the board making sure you are forming a triangle shape that resembles a Christmas Tree.
Use the grape tomatoes as the last row of the Christmas tree.
Add the rosemary as an accent in between the layers.
Cut a star out of the Winter Sausage using a star shaped cookie cutter to place at the very top of the Christmas tree.
Use either chalk or a chalk marker to label the different cheeses and meats you have used.
Notes
Remember to have all the cheese and meats cut up before you start putting the tree together.
There is no "correct" way to make this appetizer. Use the variety of cheeses and meats your family enjoys.
Most importantly, have an idea of how you want the board to look before you begin.
