Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with
parchment paper
.
Separate all the cinnamon rolls and unroll each of the rolls.
Shape the dough strips into a triangle and place them on the lined baking sheet.
Bake the cinnamon rolls for 12 to 15 minutes, until goldent brown.
Allow the rolls to cool completely, then melt the candy melts according to the package instructions.
Pipe or spread the melted chocolate over the top of the cinnamon rolls.
Top the green chocolate with rainbow sprinkles, and place one star sprinkle on top of the triangle.
Allow the chocolate to cool and harden before serving.

Tips
Let the cinnamon rolls warm up slightly before shaping to make the dough easier to work with.
Use a small piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped off to neatly drizzle the green candy melts or icing.
Add sprinkles right after decorating so they stick before the candy melts or icing sets.
Storage & Make Ahead
Bake the rolls up to 1 day ahead, then decorate closer to serving for the freshest look.
Store decorated rolls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Freeze undecorated rolls for up to 1 month; thaw and decorate once ready to serve.
