For the French Toast

For the Cinnamon Roll Glaze

Instructions
Combine the eggs, milk, maple syrup and cinnamon/sugar mixture in a large casserole dish.
Add the cinnamon bread slices and coat each one on both sides.
Cook the bread slices on a lightly greased electric skillet on medium heat until browned on one side.
After a few minutes, flip each slice of bread and continue cooking until both sides are golden brown.
Combine the ingredients for the glaze in a small bowl and immediately pour over the Cinnamon Roll French Toast slices.
Serve immediately.
Notes
You can also use a traditional skillet on top of the stove if you prefer.
