Ingredients

  • 2 scoops strawberry ice cream
  • ½ cup strawberry lemonade
  • ½ cup lemon lime soda
  • 1 Bunny Marshmallow Peep for garnish
  • ¼ cup mini marshmallows for garnish

Instructions

  • Add two scoops of ice cream to a glass.
  • Top the ice cream with the strawberry lemonade.
  • Slowly add the lemon lime soda.
  • Garnish the drinks with the bunny peeps, mini marshmallows and fun straws.

Notes

  • Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes before starting. This allows it to soften slightly, making it easier to scoop.
  • Pour the soda slowly over the ice cream. That way the ice cream won't foam up and overflow the glass.
  • Try pouring the punch into clear plastic cups and top each with a mini scoop of sherbet. It’s less messy, easy to serve, and just the right size for little hands.
  • For a full punch bowl of punch, combine one 59-ounce carton of strawberry lemonade with a 2-liter bottle of lemon-lime soda. Top with a half-gallon of strawberry ice cream just before serving.
