Instructions
Add the sugar, cream cheese, milk and vanilla extract to a large bowl.
Using a hand mixer, blend the ingredients together until the frosting is fluffy and a creamy consistency.
Add a littlee of the frosting to each dessert cake shell.
Then add the berries.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
If there are leftover berries, arrange them on the serving platter in a decorative pattern.
