4large tomatoes; chopped or about 3 cups chopped tomatoes
½cupfresh mozzarella
1tablespoonfreshly chopped basil
1tablespoonfreshly chopped parsley

Instructions
In a large bowl combine the tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, chopped basil and chopped parsley together.
Add the homemade Italian salad dressing and toss to combine.
Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.
Allow the salad to sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Toss to combine and let stand for at least 10 or up to 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
I used beefsteak tomatoes for this recipe, but also recommend Roma, Plum or even Grape tomatoes. You can also substitute the homemade Italian salad dressing for your favorite bottled brand.
