For the Dry Mixture

Instructions
Mixing Bowl Method
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt
Add the butter to the flour mixture and using a pastry blender or two forks, cut the butter into the mixture.
Transfer to an airtight container.
Food Processor Method
Add the flour, baking powder and salt to a food processor.
Pulse to combine the ingredients together.
Add the cold, cubed butter and pulse until the mixture is coarse and resembles cornmeal.
Transfer to an airtight container.
Notes
