Instructions
Halve each chicken breast lengthwise so you now have 4. Season with salt and pepper.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, stir together the honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, onion, and oil.
Place the chicken breast in the baking dish and flip to cover both sides with the marinade. Cover and marinate for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and uncover it. Add the quartered apples around the chicken.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Notes
Always check to make sure the internal temperature of baked chicken reaches 165°F.
