This easy Pizza made with Crescent Rolls is perfect for those busy weeknights! All you need are some crescent rolls, pizza sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings.
On a round baking sheet, place the triangle crescent rolls in a circle. Press the seams together with your fingers. Then using a pastry roller, begin rolling and pressing out the dough so it stretches to cover the round 12 inch pan. Don't worry about what it looks like, just keep rolling and pressing out the dough so the bottom of the pan is covered.
Spread the pizza sauce over the dough leaving about an ½ inch to 1 inch crust.
Add the mozzarella cheese followed by the pepperoni, chopped peppers, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 - 12 minutes or until the crust is brown and the cheese is bubbling.
Slice the pizza into 8 pieces and serve.
Notes
Pinch seams well - Crescent rolls come in triangles, so make sure seams are fully pressed together to avoid gaps or leaks.Don’t overload with toppings - Too many toppings and sauce can make the crust soggy—stick to a thin, even layer of sauce.Watch the bake time - Crescent roll dough bakes quickly so keep an eye on it to avoid overbaking or burning. It will bake much faster than a traditional pizza.
