Cooking Tip: If you are using a pizza stone, make sure you preheat it. That's the secret to getting a crispy crust.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F.Open the can of crescent rolls, separate them.
- Step 2: On a round baking sheet, place the triangle crescent rolls in a circle. Press the seams together with your fingers. Then using a pastry roller, begin rolling and pressing out the dough so it stretches to cover the round 12 inch pan. Don't worry about what it looks like, just keep rolling and pressing out the dough so the bottom of the pan is covered.
- Step 3: Spread the pizza sauce over the dough leaving about a ½ inch to 1 inch crust.
- Step 4: Add the mozzarella cheese followed by the pepperoni.

How to Reheat Pizza
Use the following methods for reheating pizza:
- Toaster oven.
- Traditional oven - I like to place leftover slices of pizza on a preheated pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Air fryer - one of the newest ways to ensure leftover pizza is crispy is to use the air fryer.
- Do not use the microwave!
