Ingredients

coleslaw mix

cooke pork roast
teriyaki or soy sauce

Instructions
In a saucepan, melt the butter.
Add the coleslaw mix and saute for a few minutes until softened.
Add the cooked pork and the teriyaki or soy sauce.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Lay out your wonton wrappers and spoon about 1 tablespoon of the pork/coleslaw mixture into the center.
Using your finger or a small pastry brush, apply some water to the edges of the wonton wrapper.
Heat some oil in a heavy saucepan.
Add the prepared wontons, a few at a time.
Fry until golden brown; let the drain on a baking sheet lined with paper towels.
Serve with hot mustard or soy sauce.
