box Red Velvet Cake Mix; 15.25 ounce size

vegetable oil

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, add the cake mix, oil and eggs.
Using an electric mixer, combine ingredients until smooth.
Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Using a cookie scoop, place the cookies on parchment lined baking sheets.
Leave space between eacch cookie as they will spread as they bake.
Place the baking trays in the refrigerator for 15 - 20 minutes to chill the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven for 10 - 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow the cookies to cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
If you find the dough is too soft to scoop, place the bowl in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes.
