Spooky Halloween Mummy Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf pizza dough
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 16 black olives sliced in half
  • 32 candy eyes.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • On a lightly floured surface and roll it out into a thin sheet, approximately ¼ inch in thickness.
  • Using a 2-inch biscuit cutter, cut out circles from the dough.
  • Position the dough circles on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Repeat the rolling and cutting process until all the dough has been used.
  • Top each dough circle with pizza sauce, cheese, and olive slices to create the eyes.
  • Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Allow the pizzas to cool slightly before adding the candy eyes.

Notes

Feel free to use homemade pizza dough, frozen dough, or even a premade crust like Pillsbury.
The same with the tomato sauce! You can use a homemade tomato sauce or your favorite jar brand of pizza sauce.
