A warm bacon cheese dip that's perfect for dipping your favorite crackers, pita chips, or crusty fresh baked bread. Even veggie sticks taste amazing dipped in this gooey goodness!

cream cheese
softened

sour cream

cheddar cheese
shredded

Instructions
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add the sour cream, cheddar cheese and bacon.
Mix until smooth.
Spoon the mixture into a 9-10 inch pie plate or quiche plate that's been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and hot.
Garnish with chopped chives or chopped green onions.
Serve with crackers, pita chips or tortilla chips.

You can combine everything using an electric mixer or I like to use my food processor.
Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature.
