- Add the breadcrumbs - Whisk the egg - Dip the chicken cutlets one at a time in the egg and then into the breadcrumbs.

Fry Chicken Cutlets

- Heat the oil in a heavy pan - Add the chicken cutlets to   the hot oil.  - Cook in the oil for about     4 minutes

- Melt the butter - Add the heavy cream and   bring to a boil. - Add the Parmesan cheese.

Serving Tip

- Place the chicken on a plate with the Fettuccine noodles beside it. - Spoon a little of the sauce over the top of the chicken.
