Made with fresh zucchini, these air fryer zucchini fries are a healthier alternative to traditional fried foods.

zucchini

all purpose flour

grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Trim off the top and slice the zucchini in half shortways. Slice longways into skinny pieces that resemble sticks or fries.
Work in batches and begin coating the zucchini sticks.
First dip in the flour, then the egg mixture. Shake off the excess.
Then dip in the mixture of Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
Lay the zucchini sticks flat on a baking tray until all are coated.
Arrange the zucchini sticks in the air fryer basket or baking tray. Do not let me overlap.
Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes or until the zucchini sticks are golden brown.
There is no need to turn or flip them halfway through.
Remove from the basket carefully using tongs.
Serve immediately.
