Ingredients

  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust/shell

For the Pumpkin Pie Filling

  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 ounces Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions

  • Beat eggs in a large bowl with an electric mixer.
  • Stir in the pumpkin, sugar and Pumpkin Pie Spice.
  • Gradually add in the evaporated milk.
  • Pour into pie shell.
  • Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated 425° F oven.
  • Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and continue to bake for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean.
  • Transfer pie to a wire rack to cool before serving.
