I love this tool.  It makes breaking up ground beef, ground turkey and especially sausage so easy! Before I purchased this tool, I was using a potato masher or the back of a fork.  I hear it's great when making scrambled eggs for a crowd also!  This tool is such a time saver and so easy to use.  It also washes beautifully in the dishwasher or just in hot soapy water.
