Michael.
He's sick.
He's been sick since Labor Day.
He came down with a typical upper respiratory infection over Labor Day weekend.
Which then went into bronchitis.
Which left behind a terrible, annoying cough.
He has been on some sort of antibiotic since Labor Day.
We went back to the doctor 2 weeks ago for the same thing...the cough.
The doctor thought maybe it was a slight case of asthma.
So off to a specialist...who runs all these tests and thankfully determines it's not asthma.
Another 2 weeks of antibiotics and guess what?
He comes home sick from school Tuesday.
He tells me 90 kids in his school are out sick.
90 Kids.
It's not that big of a school.
He laid on the couch for the rest of the day and then around 8:00 started throwing up.
I couldn't get an appointment with the doctor yesterday.
They're booked solid.
Something's going around.
REALLY?
I have an appointment for him this morning with the doctor.
If you can, please say a prayer.
I hate to see him sick.

If my dad was still alive he'd be over here sitting with Michael on the couch
watching TV with him.
And Michael would love it.

No wonder 90 kids are sick since it snowed already. Mother nature is a little mixed up. It is still warm here in Atlanta but it seems everyone around us is sick as a dog:) My SIL who NEVER takes a day off was in bed all day Tuesday and went to work yesterday and found out his boss has the H1 so he ran to the Dr. on his lunch hour but thankfully my SIL only has a bad sinus infection causing his sore throat. I will keep your son in my prayers along with the other kids at his school. I am sure your Dad is watching over him. Oh I loved your apple post. Now go and make some baked apples for when he feels better and a big apple pie for the rest of the family. Keep us posted.

So sorry to hear Michael has been sick for such a long time. Will sure be praying for him. Wow, that is not fun to be on all those antiobiotics either. I hate taking those things! yuk!

OH! Lois, I am so sorry that michael is sick, Yes, I will be praying for him. I am like you I do not like it when a child is sick.

That vomiting makes it sound like the swine flu, they are saying the vomiting is part of it. That is a long, long time to be sick, I hope it get resolved soon.
