Susan, not sure how to reach you to answer your question, but what I do is give each person one "quarter" of the squash. As you see the squash in the photo, is how I will serve one person. I hope this helps! Thanks for the visit!
How do you serve it when there are mots of people. Do you cut it up(kind of messes with the presentation) or is one quarter supposed to be one serving. Can't tell how big each piece is.
Have a wonderful time shopping with Olivia! This recipe looks delicious and I know a blog friend who is going to want to copy this recipe, for sure. Thank you and God bless.
Soo happy for you that your girl is there! Shopping sounds perfect to me...How I love to shop with mine. I know you'll enjoy every minute. I think the squash looks delish...HUGS
Dear Lois, I am so happy for you and your family. It must be wonderful to have your daughter home for the Thanksgiving holiday. My mother used to make the acorn squash like this. I loved it! It really does scream Thanksgiving. Blessings to you and your family for this Thanksgiving day. Catherine xo
Oh, I can just imagine your joy at seeing and hugging your dear Olivia! So precious! No need telling you to enjoy your time together. That's a no-brainer! 🙂
