Susan, not sure how to reach you to answer your question, but what I do is give each person one "quarter" of the squash. As you see the squash in the photo, is how I will serve one person. I hope this helps! Thanks for the visit!

How do you serve it when there are mots of people. Do you cut it up(kind of messes with the presentation) or is one quarter supposed to be one serving. Can't tell how big each piece is.
