That dish does look yummy! I see some zucchini in with the vegetables. I just planted a couple of zucchini yesterday in pots. As soon as they grow some, I will transfer them outside.

This looks delish but I'm afraid I'd be eating it by myself. Hubby would stick his nose in the air and say,"Not for me." He doesn't like noodles or the stir fry veggies. He's weird like that!

Such good advice to NOT use the Ramen Noodles seasoning packet. That stuff is poison in a packet. I shudder to think of how many college kids are 'living' on that stuff.
BUT, the noodles themselves are pretty good, huh! 🙂
