What’s your biggest struggle in getting dinner on the table every night? For some of us it’s time. We don’t seem to have enough time to spend in the kitchen cooking, so we grab something on the way home from work or school and then feel bad that we didn’t prepare anything “homemade” for our families.
For this week’s meal plan, I’ve put together FIVE recipes that use the latest craze in kitchen appliances…the Instant Pot. These recipes are going to help us all get dinner on the table fast this week!
Even on your best day, getting dinner on the table can be a struggle. Let’s face it, we’re all busy. Especially if you still have children at home who are involved in after-school activities. Even though our kids are grown, I only have a limited amount of time some nights to get dinner prepared.

Get the kids involved with the planning also! Have them pick a meal one night a week. And make sure they know they need to pick a healthy meal that includes vegetables. Make it fun for them!

All you’ll need is a little planning and you can prepare a delicious meal for your family every night this week! I hope you enjoy this week's meal plan...don't forget to print out the printables available for you. I love using lettuce in place of tortillas! Just like the tomato soup you had as a child, only made healthy and FAST! This recipe uses a lot of simple ingredients that are kitchen staples so it makes whipping up in a dinner time crunch really convenient. All the deliciousness of a burrito in a bowl made FAST in an instant pot.
