struggled with my weight for what seems like “forever” and lately
it’s been really difficult to try to even lose a few pounds. So I did something that I am so excited about and joined Jenny Craig.
four years ago I lost a lot of weight and it felt good. No, it felt AMAZING. And then last year happened. I was really sick at the beginning of last
year and then I was busy with preparations for our daughter’s wedding, my
sister-in-law, Beth passed away suddenly and then Michael graduated from high
school and actually had the nerve to leave home to go to college! All of that plus working many long hours
sitting in front of my computer the pounds slowly started to creep back
realized I needed to do something. My husband took this photo of me on our way out for
the night with some friends. It took me
forever to find an outfit I felt comfortable in and I really didn’t want to
pose for this photo, but he insisted.
looked at the photo the next morning and realized this was my
something serious about losing weight and I knew I needed help.
