Making cookies is one of my favorite holiday traditions. This year, I'm adding a new cookie recipe to our recipe box with these adorable Nutter Butter Snowmen Cookies!
Made simply by dipping the peanut butter cookies into melted white chocolate and decorating them to look like snowmen with chocolate chips and red melted chocolate.
The recipe is simple, but the end result looks so cute and festive. Perfect for Christmas!

How to Melt Chocolate

- Step 1: Melt the white chocolate according to the package directions.

- 1 16- ounce package Nutter Butter Cookies
- 1 16- ounce package vanilla melting chocolate
- 1 cup red melting chocolate
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup white chocolate chips
Method
- Melt the white chocolate according to the package directions.
- Dip each cookie in the melted chocolate and flip to coat both sides. Remove the cookie from the melted chocolate with a fork and lightly tap the handle of the fork with your finger to help the excess chocolate drip off.
- Transfer each coated cookie onto a piece of wax or parchment paper and press two mini chocolate chips in the top of the cookie to make eyes. Place three mini chocolate chips down the center to make buttons.
- Allow the melted chocolate to cool and harden. Then melt the red chocolate according to the package directions.
- Transfer the red chocolate to a piping bag and draw a scarf and hat on each snowman.
- Top each hat with a white chocolate chip.
