Christmas Brownies in Jar
When it comes to creating Christmas brownies in a jar, there are a few tips to keep in mind for a delightful and festive treat:
- Wide mouth mason jars work best, but regular mason jars work just as well.
- It helps to use a wide mouth mason jar funnel when filling mason jars. It has a larger opening, making pouring of dry ingredients into a jar without any spills or mess.
- Pack in each layer well before adding the next ingredient using a tart tamper tool.
- Always include instructions on how to bake the ingredients.
Can you add Crushed Candy Canes to Brownie Mix?
For this recipe, I used peppermint baking chips, but you can substitute them with crushed peppermint candies or even crushed candy canes.
The candy canes will add a peppermint flavor and a hint of crunch to the brownies. Simply crush the candy canes into small pieces and add them to the mason jar.
