Leftover Ham Recipes – Weekly Meal Plan
Baked Western Omelet from The Seasoned Mom. This is an easy, hands-off and nutritious way to feed a group for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner and it’s a great way to use up leftover ham from your holiday celebrations.
Hawaiian Fried Rice from Life in the Lofthouse. This rice is packed with diced ham, red bell pepper, and pineapple. This rice can be a meal on it’s own or be a nice side dish to chicken for dinner tonight.
Creamy Ham Potato and Corn Chowder from Cooking Classy. My family loves soup and we love soup all year long. This ham potato and corn chowder would be perfect for your leftover ham.
Baked Ham and Cheese Roll Ups from High Heels and Grills. I think these roll ups might be my favorite way to use leftover ham. They’re made with crescent dough ham and swiss cheese, then topped with a delicious mustard glaze.
Monte Cristo Sandwich from She Wears Many Hats. This recipe for a Monte Cristo Sandwich is an easy twist on the basic ham and cheese combination and an easy meal after a big holiday celebration!
