When your life is busy with the responsibilities of kids, after-school activities, work and managing a home, the last thing on your mind most days is what to cook for dinner.
With the help of our Weekly Menu Plan I hope to ease that burden! This week I am featuring 5 Ingredient Chicken Recipes that will help you get dinner on the table pretty quick. All you’ll need is a little planning and while the kids are doing homework you can get dinner ready.
There is one recipe this week that uses the crock pot and one recipe that uses the instant pot! And if you don’t have an instant pot, don’t worry, you can use your crock pot.

Have them pick a meal one night a week. And make sure they know they need to pick a healthy meal that includes vegetables. Make it fun for them!

This is one of my family’s favorite recipes. I usually make double the recipe when we’re having this for dinner so that later in the week I can make Chicken Parmigiana which is another family favorite.
