Step 2: In a stand mixer or food processor, blend the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth. Use a small spoon to fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
Step 3: Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with half a slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick through the center.

My Go-To Tips for Working with Jalapeños:
- Make sure you wear plastic gloves. It helps to keep the juices from the pepper running down your fingers.
- After slicing the peppers in half, you can lay them upside down on a clean paper towel to continue letting the juices run out.
- Wash your hands immediately after touching the seeds and the membranes.
- Be careful! You do not want to accidentally touch your eyes or any open cut on your hands with pepper juice.

Ingredients

Method
- Cut the jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise.
