👩🍳Best Cheeses for Cheese Board
- Gouda: This is one of my favorite cheeses! It's a semi-hard cheese with a creamy texture and a slightly sweet flavor. It works well with both savory and sweet accompaniments.
- Cheddar: Sharp and crumbly, cheddar is a classic choice for a cheese board. It's also everyone's favorite cheese to add to a charcuterie board. It comes in various aged varieties, each offering distinct flavors.
- Brie: I always consider this a "fancy French cheese." It's perfect for spreading. It has a mild flavor and pairs beautifully with fruits and crackers. If you're feeling adventurous, why not try wrapping it in puff pastry and baking it for an even more delicious taste?
