- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Method
- Stir together the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, bell pepper, green onion, and cheddar cheese.

- Roll up the tortilla around the filling.
